Hi, I’m Diana, the oldest employee at Forneria after Tita and the founding partners.
You can find me a little bit anywhere, in the kitchen, in the oven and also in the living room, because I am very versatile.
In 2019, I participated in the national pizza championship that took place in Gaia, where I won the 2nd place in the artistic pizza category, which made me believe that everything we do with love and dedication makes our dreams come true. This is one of the motto’s in which I believe that the new Forneria was created, as it is not just working, but taking learning for life. One of the characteristics that most defines me is my joy, both for customers and for my colleagues.
In my spare time I like to experience the adrenaline of the whole terrain to the handlebars of a 4-wheeler.
In this ambitious project that is Forneria, initially I will be a bit absent, because soon I will be a mom of twins, but I will come back with a big smile to receive you, as I miss you already, but I will come back even happier.Close
Hello, my name is Carla and I’ve been at Forneria since 2018. I’ve always had a taste for cooking, knowing how to make and innovate.
At a very young age I entered the restaurant sector although I have studies in a different area. I consider myself a reserved person with a peculiar taste. At Forneria you can find me doing any task given my versatility. Issues such as the reception of the most diverse raw materials and their quality are somewhat my responsibility.

I am a communicative and fun person. Passionate about people and their experiences. I’m a great wellness activist!
At Forneria I am responsible for the attendance and management of the room and also the relationship management with our guests.

I’m known as Tita. I work in the Fornaria since its foundation, which for me is a huge pride. I dedicate my heart and soul to the task I perform. I’m responsible for the meat. I exercise this function thoroughly and do it with great care and dedication. I have the privilege of working in an exceptional team, where everything is done with love and for love. I love my colleagues. We laugh and are happy.
In addition to work, I dedicate myself to my grandchildren who are my adoration. However, I dedicate these words to Paulo, Paula and Tico, who are 3 great passions of my life and the 3 founders of this Fornaria project.Close
I am São, but everyone calls me Sãozinha.
I am calm, I like to be calm, but at the same time I love the games of my colleagues. When they want to eat “something seriously” it’s to me that everyone comes.
I am peace and serenity. I am always in the kitchen, making many of the products that delight everyone. That’s where I feel good.
I am one of the oldest people in this house and I will do my best in this new and ambitious project
I’m Paulinha, I’m 30 years old and I’ve been working at Forneria since August 2018 as a kitchen helper. I am very grateful to be part of this incredible and very competent team. Today what makes me the happiest is taking a smile off my friends’ faces, I love seeing everyone happy. I will be at the reception many times to receive our guests in the best way.Close
Hi, I’m Maria. I am 23 years old and I study Bio engineering at UTAD.
I am also part of the Forneria family and they will be able to find me where all the magic happens. From the famous Francesinha to the tasty Lasagnas, our love and commitment are felt in everything. I look forward to all of you to share our joy.

Hi, my name is Liliana Póvoa, I’m Vilarealense at heart for over 13 years! I joined this challenging journey of “La Forneria” in 2014 and since then I have been affectionately treated by “Li” by my traveling “companions”!
This very challenging project is undoubtedly a journey of discovery, learning and a lot of group spirit. Each one of us brings in our baggage different “tools”, “engines” and “values” that, together, make Forneria a project full of dedication, love and a lot of commitment to every detail.
Forneria is a space simply enchanting in every detail that makes it up. A space that nobody is indifferent to.
I love what I do, I consider myself a dedicated collaborator and always ready to learn!

My name is Gisele, I’m 38 years old, I’m a Brazilian immigrant, born in a small town called Pedro de Toledo, in the interior of São Paulo.
I’m a single mother to Melissa and Lorenzo, who are the great loves of my life and the biggest reasons I got here.
